Croonwolter&dros intends to streamline its procurement process by implementing e-invoicing. From November 1, 2019 onward we can therefore only accept e-invoices.

Why does Croonwolter&dros consider e-invoicing important?
We want to create more efficiency in the entire financial process by receiving all invoices directly in the financial administration.

What is e-invoicing?

Electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing) refers to sending, receiving and automatic processing of invoices as data files.

E-invoicing has many advantages:

Excellent delivery, faster payment;
Improved efficiency and less errors;
Improved supplier-customer relationship;
Sustainable.

1. How to send e-invoices

In the overview below we provide an overview of the various e-invoice connection options. Depending on, for example, the number of e-invoices that you send annually and the possibilities in your IT environment, the one type of e-invoicing connection solution is more suitable for you than the other. When indicating your choice, you will receive all the necessary information to get your connection working digitally.

If you already use Basware Network, another e-invoice platform (Billing Service Provider) or SimplerInvoicing (PEPPOL)? Then you can also use this solution for Croonwolter&dros.	If your organization can already send or print XML invoices, you can easily be connected to the Basware Network.This solution means that all your outgoing invoices are converted to the desired invoice format of Croonwolter&dros (and your other customers).	Send PDF invoices to Croonwolter&dros. This is a free solution offered by Croonwolter&dros. With this solution your PDF invoice is converted to the correct XML format specifically for Croonwolter&dros.	This is a solution you pay for. It is a solution that converts e-mailed PDF invoices to XML invoices. As a result, all your customers can immediately read the electronic invoice, together with the original PDF, into the invoice processing system or ERP.	If you send a small number of invoices each year, you can enter them manually in the Basware portal. This is a free solution. With your account you can send invoices to all your customers who are connected to the Basware Network.
